Peek Inside My Everyday Beauty Bag

This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of Trading Faces. All opinions are 100% mine.

I love makeup. I might even be slightly obsessed but that’s just want my husbands claim. However, there are a few beauty items that I use religiously. Sometimes they get put off for others but I almost always go back to them. Here is a little peek at what products I love and use daily.

Ulta’s Trading Faces celebrates original beauty by inviting two real women, Ashley and Chelsea who live in two different regions of the United States to trade their own personal styles. Check out how Ashley from Dollywood and Chelsea from Hollywood trade their typical hair, skin and makeup routines.

You can find all of the everyday beauty items from my bag and the trading faces bags at your local Ulta.

I love the Naked 2 pallet. It’s great for everyday use.

Melissa Coleman February 26, 2014 - 11:20 PM

I love all the Naked palettes. 🙂

I don’t own a Naked palette yet but it’s on my list! However, I do own and LOVE those Revlon chubby sticks!!

Revlon has some great products. You should definitely get you a Naked palette sometimes. All 3 of them have gorgeous colors.

First, I love Ulta! I hate that I don’t get there more often. Second, I love the Revlon Just Bitten products. I have one of their lipstains and it rocks!

Melissa Coleman February 26, 2014 - 11:43 PM

I love Ulta too. The closest one to me is just over an hour away though so I don’t get there often either. :/

I love the Revlon matte stay powder. It looks great with my skin type. 🙂

I do too! It is a great drugstore product that I have used over and over.

I seriously can NOT find that Rimmel Stay Matte Powder in translucent anywhere near me. I’ve been hunting for it everywhere!

Melissa Coleman February 26, 2014 - 11:44 PM

I haven’t tried to pick it up in awhile so I don’t know how the stock is locally. I can imagine that it’s the hardest one to find though.

I need some of this! I’m not really a makeup expert so I like reading posts like this so I know what to buy.

Melissa Coleman February 28, 2014 - 1:40 AM

I’m not a expert either just love makeup and try a lot of stuff. Sometimes it doesn’t work out and sometimes I hit a jackpot item and use it for years.

Carly February 27, 2014 - 4:03 PM

I love this, and seeing what they both use? Super helpful!

Chelsea Olivia February 27, 2014 - 4:25 PM

I love that your makeup bag has a mix of drugstore and a little bit more expensive makeup. That’s exactly how my whole collection is!

Melissa Coleman February 28, 2014 - 1:38 AM

Mine too… there are a ton of great drugstore products but if I find something high end that I love i’m totally willing to spend the extra price.

Love your makeup bag! I really want to get the Naked2 palette. I think I like it the most out of all 3!

Melissa Coleman February 28, 2014 - 1:41 AM

Naked 2 is my favorite but I haven’t played much with Naked 3 to much yet so I may say differently down the road. They are all gorgeous palettes though so you really can’t go wrong either way.
