What part do you struggle with the most?

I struggle with staying on track. When I do fall off the bandwagon it seems to take me forever to get motivated enough to get back on. I hope that these 4 parts will help you {and myself} get started and keep you motivated. 🙂 We can do it!

The hardest part for me is making a good decision once I’m really hungry. I have to plan my meals to prevent that. I have kept 40 pounds off for 2.5 years now!

Having it all planned out is definitely the way to go. Then you can say this is what i’m eating and that’s that. Awesome job on keeping it off. I lost quite a bit after I had my daughter with weight watchers and then it has slowly crept back on, not all but more than I like. 🙁
