Add your eggs to a medium pot, and fill halfway with water. Boil over high heat for 10 minutes, then turn off the heat, and cover for 10 minutes.
While the eggs are cooling, chop the cilantro (if you are using it), and cut your avocados in half.
Use a spoon to get the avocado out of the shell, and add to a small bowl.
Add the lime juice and smoked paprika to the bowl, and use a fork to mash it all together.
After the eggs have set for 10 minutes, take the whole pot to the sink, run under cold water, filling the pot and dumping it a few times. This helps to cool the eggs a bit and makes them easier to peel.
Once you have the eggs peeled, slice them in half.
Add the cooked yolks to the avocado mixture and mashed them together.
Using a pastry bag or spoon, add the avocado mixture to the egg halves.
Sprinkle with extra paprika, and add your chopped cilantro.
