1pouch Progresso™ Southwest style white chicken chili with beans
4ozcream cheesecut into cubes
2cupsshredded Monterrey jack and cheddar cheese8 oz
½teaspoonground cumin
chopped green onions
tortilla chips
Chunky Version:Also add in
1-2chicken breasts
½can great northern beans
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Spray dish with cooking spray or use nonstick dish.
Mix in Progresso™ Southwest style white chicken chili, cream cheese, shredded cheese, cumin and extra chicken and beans if you choose to cook the chunky version.
Bake uncovered about 15 minutes or until cream cheese and shredded cheese is completely melted.
Top with green onions and serve with your favorite tortilla chips.
