Ingredients
2
oz
box of Instant chocolate pudding
2
cups
milk
1
sleeve of Graham crackers
(plus extra pieces to top, optional)
¾
cup
Mini marshmallows
¾
cup
Whipped topping
Hershey’s bar pieces
optional
Instructions
In a medium/large mixing bowl, combine the chocolate pudding mix and milk.
Use an electric mixer on medium speed and beat for 2 minutes.
Place in fridge for 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, crush graham crackers and break pieces to top parfaits with a rolling pin.
Break or cut pieces of Hershey’s bar, if using.
Put cups together: Scoop about 3 tablespoons of chocolate pudding into the bottom of a cup.
Add a layer of graham crackers, about 3 tablespoons.
Scoop another 3 tablespoons of chocolate pudding on the graham crackers.
Add about ¼ C of whipped topping.
Top with a ¼ C of mini marshmallows.
Toast the marshmallows with a kitchen torch.
Optional: Add a piece each of a Hershey’s bar and a graham cracker.
