My favorite workout snack just so happens to be a pre and post-exercise snack. I like to drink half of it prior to exercising to get my energy going and then the rest after my workout to help revive my tired body. Mango Peach Smoothie
Mango Peach Protein Smoothie
Ingredients
- 2 cups ripe mango cut up fresh
- 1 medium to large ripe peach pitted and cut up
- ⅔ cup AllWhites® egg whites 100% liquid egg whites
- dash fresh grated nutmeg
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in blender. Cover and blend on medium speed until smooth.
