Materials you will need for a Popsicle Stick Pencil Craft
- 4 Popsicle Sticks
- Yellow Acrylic Paint
- Paintbrush
- White and Pink Construction Paper
- Scissors
- Glue Stick
- Black Permanent Marker
How to make a popsicle stick pencil craft for kids!
Paint 4 popsicle sticks with yellow acrylic craft paint.
Cut out a white triangle and a skinny rectangle (not shown in the picture below). Also cut out a pink rectangle for the eraser portion of the pencil.
Using a glue stick, glue on the construction paper pieces to create your pencil.
NOTE: If you want to keep your craft sticks together so they don't move around while you are trying to glue on the other pieces you can glue on an additional piece of construction paper to the back that is just slightly smaller than the sticks.
The last part of creating this super simple popsicle stick pencil craft is adding the wording and coloring in the tip of the pencil with a black marker.
