Celebrate the season with these easy to make and absolutely delicious coconut brownie nests. They are all dressed up and super festive for Easter.

Crinkled wax paper topped with 3 Easter coconut brownie nests

What better way to enjoy the arrival of spring than with these adorable brownie bites topped with coconut and candy eggs. They are almost too cute to eat... almost.

These little guys make the best after-school snack, potluck treat, or bake sale addition and are a must to serve at your Easter dessert table.

Ingredients you will need:

  • Boxed Brownies (and the ingredients to make them, typically eggs and oil)
  • Green Candy Melts
  • Coconut Flakes
  • Egg Candies

How to make Easter Coconut Brownie Nests!

This isn't even a recipe as much as it is a make it and put it together kind of thing.

The first step is for you to make your classic boxed brownies, according to the package. You can also make homemade brownies if that is your thing. We just need some brownies to make our nest base.

If you enjoy smaller mouth bites you could also make these as brownie bites. The brownie bite size would probably be perfect if you were making them for a classroom setting.

Once your brownies are cooked and cooled melt the green candy melts and mix in the coconut.

I eyeballed the amount of coconut. You just want to make sure you have enough coconut to soak up the melted candy. I also used a candy melting pot for this, works great.

Top the brownies with a little coconut and then pop on some candy eggs. All done!

Now you have these cute little coconut brownie nests to share with your family on Easter. You could also use the same concept and make these Easter nests with a pretzel base. They are equally as delicious.
