- 10 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 10 oz white chocolate bark
- 1-2 teaspoons oil
- ½ teaspoon peppermint extract
- ¼ cup crushed peppermint candy (or candy canes)
Start by adding some parchment paper to your baking sheet.
Add the semi-sweet chocolate to a microwave-safe bowl, add 1 teaspoon of oil, and heat for 1 minute.
Remove and stir, if not fully melted, reheat for 30 seconds at a time until fully melted.
