Ingredients to make homemade peanut butter banana bread

  • ½ Cup Butter, 1 Stick
  • ¾ Cup Brown Sugar, Packed
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 3 Large Ripe Bananas, Mashed
  • ½ Cup Peanut Butter, Creamy or Crunchy
  • 2 Cups All Purpose Flour
  • 1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
  • ½ Teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ Cup Milk



How to Make Homemade Banana Bread!

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.


Grease your loaf pan. 9x5 loaf size


In a large mixing bowl mix together your butter and brown sugar.


Beat in your eggs, one at a time.


Mix in the vanilla, bananas (mashed) and peanut butter. If you want a nut bread you can use crunchy peanut butter.


Sift together your flour, powder, soda and salt to create uniformity and to prevent holes in your bread. Then mix together with rest of the ingredients.


Lastly stir in your milk until everything is fully blended and smooth.


Pour batter into loaf pan and bake for approximately 65 minutes or until center comes out clean.


Cool before removing from loaf pan so that the bottom doesn't separate.
